How Much Does it Cost? | We are compensated in two ways

1) We receive a professional fee from the property owners. Most property owners in the area work with real estate agents and are going to pay out a commission to an agent whether you have representation or not. They will pay their own agent the full commission to represent their interests, NOT YOURS. If you receive representation from us, that commission is simply shared between the owner's agent and us, meaning our client's have never paid out-of-pocket for our service.

2) The second form of compensation is from referrals. We aim to create such an experience for you that you feel comfortable referring at least two more people to us.
