Our office is offically the closest real estate brokerage to The University of Texas. We love our school and it shows - most of our agents are UT alumni! Our clients generally consist of students searching for a home within walking distance to UT campus, upbeat professionals seeking an urban lifestyle near downtown, and youthful couples wanting to spread out a little more in areas such as Hyde Park, SoCo, Tarrytown, or East Austin. We have a fair share of seasoned investors who use campus rental property as a vehicle to strengthen their investment portfolios.
